Candle Do's and Don'ts
Follow these simple Do's and Don'ts to get the best out of your candle!
DO allow your candle to burn until the liquid wax covers the top of the candle from edge to edge to prevent the candle from tunneling and to allow the candle to create a full melted pool of wax
DO remember to keep the wick trimmed to 1/4-1/8 inch to prevent the candle from producing black soot
DO keep your candle our of the reach of children
DO burn your candle on a level, heat-resistant surface to prevent any damage
DO burn your candle within sight
DO burn your candle in a well-ventilated room
DO stop burning your candle when only 1/2 inch of wax remains
DON'T leave a burning candle unsupervised
DON'T burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time
DON'T burn your candle close to anything that can catch fire
DON'T throw your candle in the trash immediately after burning, allow it to cool completely
DON'T burn a candle if oxygen is used in the home
DON'T touch or move a burning candle, contents and jar will be hot
